The noble family that rules over Charr na Tarran'chi lives according to very strict, and some claim outdated, rules. Though capable rulers, they govern the city and domain with an iron fist, which often irks other houses. There is a long-running fued between the Goathicus family and Azuth, mainly because of Irrat Mal'draccus attitude towards them, and vice versa.
