Tarran Nag'taruh
From Vreakerz Wiki
Tarran Nag'taruh is a plane of existance often called the endless down, a cavern system going ever downwards, hence its nickname. Although noone truly understands how the plane works, not even its inhabitants, it starts out with a main portal which leads into a vertical shaft that splits up into three new shafts every few kilometers. Numerous caverns open up into this shaft, and this is where the Tarran'chi have made their homes.
Since noone has ever seen the end of the shafts, it is generally assumed that they simply don't stop going down. As such, there is a possibility that many unknown creatures and perhaps even civilizations can be found if one were to explore further.
Travelling
Traveling up and down the shafts is both bothersome and hazardous, as every shaft has a gravitational force that pulls material in it downward. The result is that materials continue to travel down, gaining speed until critical speed is attained. However, most of the time materials will collide with the 'knot' of the new shafts before attaining such a speed.
split discs & platforms
The Tarran'chi developed a transportation system up and down that works much like a high speed, high capacity elevator, in which travelers can travel from platform to platform, going via so-called Split discs at each split in the shafts. Its creation was a gigantic achievement, and the system has yet to fail. Each traveler, or group of travelers is put inside it's own unique path within the transportation column between the discs, to avoid collissions. Each cavern has its own landing and take-off platform, and travelers can exit the column at these points.
The transportation column between each of the discs have a high capacity, but it is not uncommon for the column to Charr na Tarran'chi to become congested, resulting in long rows at the discs and platforms.
Inhabitants
There is only one known civilization in Tarran Nagtaruh, the Tarran'chi. A number of monsterous species live further down, some of which cause the Tarran'chi much grief.
